| FLOAT FOR
PRECISE POSITIONING: The Speed Handle Control has a range of float (or
balance) of two to four inches. This allows the operator to move a payload
within a couple of inches of a dedicated drop off point. The operator can
remove their hands from the control handle so that a part or payload can be
maneuvered into place. SPEED: This control allows for variable speeds. Gentle pressure causes a slow gradual movement and increased pressure causes faster movement. Smooth travel movement is consistent throughout the range of travel. SPEED AND WEIGHT ADJUSTMENTS are easily handled with no additional tools required. All up speed is adjusted by turning the flow control on the manifold (located on the Bal-Trol®). Down speed is adjusted at the control handle. SAFETY: Loss of air pressure will not result in the payload dropping. Bal-Trol® will keep payload in place. Once the payload is in place, the payload may be removed. |

NEW PRO HANDLE The new Pro-Handle gives the operator "proportional" speed control right at the levers. Up or down speed increases the further the lever is pushed. It is small, weighing only 1.9 lbs. NEW SLIM HANDLE The new Slim-Handle has the dual-acting option operated through an air piloted control valve. It allows an empty hook to be lowered easily on even the largest unit and is also smooth operating. It works through an air piloted control valve, and the speed is set at the Air Hoist. |
